Immidiate payment not so immediate

Worse banking experience ever. An IMMEDIATE payment made to my account on the 14th of February 2024 is still not reflecting 5 days later. When contacting the customer services on the 16th I was told to wait 5 business days. When contacting them again today I was told I should wait until their finance department gets to it. I would advise anyone considering joining Spot money to reconsider based on my experience.
