Ticket [#***] - Cancellation of Debit Orders

the above is the reference or service ticket to cancel debit orders.

Guys reverse the charges you are deducting on my account, I sent an email on 03.11.2020, on 04.11.2020 Serina Sena Govender responded saying the debit orders have been cancelled, but it has 20 days cancellation period, meaning I will still be billed for Nov on 05.12.2020.

But I have realised I have was billed again on 05.01.2021, and you guys have ensured that Banks can not reverse these charges,

I have been communicating with Serina, but she hasn't responded to my lastest email sent on the 05.01.2021,
