******* Debit Orders

My husband's business account has been debited from at least July 2018 for a service we did not order, via a debit order we did not authorise. We are not able to contact them on any of their numbers on their website. I see they do this to a lot of people. Is this not ******* and can they not be taken to task for this? I would like all my money back please.
