******* debit order deductions

Rescue box is making unauthorized deductions via debit order from my bank account. This is ******* since I have not signed any debit order granting them permission to do so. I have never given them my banking details, therefor they are *******ly in possession of my banking details. I require them to immediately stop these deductions, stop this debit order, refund all amounts deducted and advise where they obtained my banking details. This is completely unacceptable. They have no right to take out a debit order on my behalf without my permission.
