Good day I am extremely overwhelmed with uconnect and the service staff

Good day I am extremely overwhelmed with uconnect and the service staff. It took me a few months to get my Sim card but as soon as it was available at the store I cannot tell you guys the service I am enjoying. I also need my wife to get a Sim but she has to port her number. The reason being that her Samsung phone has one Sim. Please help her. Thank you for your patronage and support. 👍🙏😁👏
