Funds being withheld - Sickening Experience

I cannot understand why a Bank will withhold funds. It has been a full 14 Working days, with endless conversations on why my funds have been withheld from being released into my account. You cannot call anyone, or get proper feedback from this bank, I am truly sickened by the experience with the Bank. The only feedback I have received to date after sending a proof of payment is that is with their Financial Department, and they will come back to me. In today's economy and with 3 Children, you HAVE to plan and work on a budget, so monies now budged on to FEED my Kids is being withheld? It is sickening. 10/10 Will not recommend this Bank! Furthermore, there is no access to a Stamped bank statement, and you cannot do immediate payments. I gave this bank a fair shot, but this is not right.
