Careless, reckless, non-supportive. Balances never updated accurately, payment transfer delayed, delayed feedback- I even had to go so far as to request Legalwise to assist me to get a response and result.. twice Now with Covid, supp**** all required information. Requested payment relief and it was approved only to find out today I have been handed over and to add insult to injury the bank took the last money in my account while we wait for Debt Rescue to transfer payments of the money they deducted on the 1st of Aug They should be ashamed of their behavior especially in these scary times, we go to them for protection but they cause even further damage! And accept no responsibility!! I was told in writing to read the fine print while my family and I have nothing to support ourselves this month
