Billing me AGAIN after cancellation

In January/February 2015 I managed to cancel an account with them and was eventually refunded for about 5 year's of unauthorized Debit orders that went of my bank account.<br> HUGE was my surprise, when on 18 December 2015, another Debit order of R199 was taken *******ly from my Bank account.<br> It seems that the only recourse now is to open a case of *****, as this Company simply does not respect anyone's privacy.<br> Regards,
