Bad service - keep on debiting your account even after you have cancelled.

I have cancelled my subscription for Showmax and Rescue Box, and they have debited my account again. Now the call centre is telling me there is a waiting period of 21 days. She has given me an email address that I can request confirmation of my cancellation. But I get a mail delivery saying my email has been blocked. Poor poor service. You are quick to place an order and debit our accounts, but no joy thereafter. This should be classified as SPAM and **********.
