Affecting my Credit Score

Hi, please help me out. I've a serious problem with this Rescue Box, Safety and Society. They have been debited my money without my concern. I don't know how to stop this because it's affecting my credit score. So please help me with getting them off my name out of they records and ITC. I've never sign any agreement with them.
