ACCOUNT NEVER CANCELLED!!!

I took out a telkom data contract in March 2023 it was supposed to be a month to month contract as I was informed by the sales agent and that I could cancel at anytime as long as it was a months notice. I called Telkom numerous times to cancel the contract as it was of no use for me as I could not use the simcard due to bad reception, however I see everytime telkom keeps on trying to deduct money from my bank account . This is really not fair it leaves me with bank charges everymonth .Im tired of calling and trying to xplain the same story over and over again.
