This is the worst bank ever and for the fact that they trade under Bidvest bank license they're gonna tarnish Bidvest bank's name. I think this bank is ****ming people of their monies. I was expecting an immediate payment from capitec on 11/11/2025 and till today when i chat to them i'm told it is still being verified, an immediate payment is supposed to take less than 24hrs how can you verify a payment for more than 24hrs? worst is they dont have a telephone number or email where you can contact them. i need someone from there to call me on *** and tell me when am i getting my money please.
