This is by far the worse shopping App you want to use ever. - customer service agents have a severe bad attitude - most of items you order don’t get delivered due to their weak network in other markets - when you need to get your refund on items which was canceled, they give you a really hard time. My last order was canceled and they took one month and they haven’t refunded it back; money was gone! - I’ve ordered the same items from Amazon and magic! available and delivered! The reason I’ve used Ubuy was that I thought Amazon don’t deliver from the UK to Qatar. - please note that it’s way more expensive to buy items via Ubuy than Amazon.
