UBUY smooth shopping experience with very prompt delivery and regular communication
I was very happy with my UBUY shopping experience and their regular communication. I received my purchase in 10 days instead of the estimated 2-3 weeks. I was also happy with my actual purchase, but what I wasn't happy with was the cost of shipping and customs duties (from USA to South Africa) which amounted to an additional 72% - of course this is no fault of UBUY or their merchants as the product is simply not available in South Africa.
