UBUY SA is **********!

Don't use UBUY SA. I ordered special *****s for our wooden floors(the company it came from was in the USA). I paid roughly R1500. Half the *****s arrived and UBUY wanted to re-imburse me R300 to compensate for half of the *****s. So I rather opted for them to pay me back a full refund. They refunded me R1121.77. So I lost roughly R400 because I used UBUY. They are ********** and has very poor customer service.
