UBUY Review

The communication between me as the customer and UBUY was great, the prompt responses and professionalism. What I was not happy about was the time I was advised my product would arrive, my order was placed on the 23rd of December and estimated to arrive in 10 business days but was then advised the product will only arrive in the US around the 14th of this month. The delivery date stated when I placed the order was very misleading I would have thought that by now my product would have been delivered. An Agent from UBUY explained to me in detail why this was but I wish I had that info before placing my order.
