uBuy is a bunch of ******

So on the 2nd of October I purchased shea Butter from the UBuy site , shortly after I paid and received the tracking number I get an email saying my order has been cancelled because they apparently do not deliver to my country. So they claimed they would pay back the money within 10 days . So I asked why it takes that long and they claimed some nonsense. I have been communicating with them since then but not getting any help with my money back . These people are ****** what does one do in a situation like this?
