UBUY import 110V products from USA *******ly, breach their written agreement with me

UBUY has set up an operation to sidestep South African laws on importing 110V systems from the USA. I ordered a system from them, totally unaware of the USA 110V installation and the reason for say Amazon not being willing to ship these items to South Africa. There was no reference to 110V on any of the manufacturer's user manuals or website. Ubuy says they covered themselves by inserting an obscure notice on their website terms and conditions page, not near the product itself. The equipment was damaged when I connected to the South African 220V installation. I requested UBUY to assist in replacing the equipment as the manufacturer and UBUY did not mention the 110V problem anywhere on their instructions and advertising. UBUY refused, but DHL then tried to collect the faulty items without UBUY knowing it. I had no idea what DHL was trying to collect and sent them back. When they came again, I noticed on the paperwork that it was a USA company trying to get the faulty equipment back. I told UBUY then that I will not return the items without an agreement of assistance for replacement. UBUY agreed in writing per email to refund me if I allow DHL to collect it and re-ordered the product on my own cost. I re-ordered the product, but DHL never came to collect again. After some discussions with UBUY about the refund, they reneged in writing per email on their undertaking for a refund.
