Ubuy canceled my order a week after purchasing for suspect reasons, ruined anniversary

I would give 0 starts if possible. I ordered a number of RICH by Rick Ross products as well as a Yardley eau de parfum, which were all products on their South African site, so they should have known if there were problems shipping the products to South Africa and taken them off. A week after I was tracking the order because I had not heard anything from them, found an email in my spam to say the whole order of around R3500 had been canceled. The only explanation given was "security concerns". What can be dangerous about some male grooming products and perfume? If there was a concern shipping to South Africa, the item should not have been on the site at all. Now I have no gift to give my boyfriend for our anniversary and I am highly dissatisfied.
