This company is a **** BEWARE!!!

It is a ****! I purchased a Saree from ubuy. I paid R1,309.07 in August 2017 which was split R1133.07 for the saree and R176 for the courier. I was promised the goods would be delivered by the 10th October but they never delivered. After following up with them countless times they eventually confessed they lost the package and told me they would refund me. The refund was supposed to take 3-5 business at the beginning of November however I still do not have my money and I am 3 days from the end of November. Eventually last week after I pressured them they told me that the gateway used to make the payment was closed and I must contact my bank to request them to reverse the transaction. I still don't have my money nor the saree. It is effectively theft, they stole my money.
