I received the most unprofessional service I have ever had in my life. After I paid using PayPal nogal they cancelled the order without notice. When I tried to track the item a week later I saw that the order was cancelled. Upon investigation they told me I did not pay. I sent proof of the PayPal transaction and everything and still they denied that I paid. Thank goodness I paid with PayPal and I could open a complaint and dispute with PayPal, after which Ubuy quickly refunded the money they "did not receive". I cannot begin to think about the nightmare to get my money back had I just used my card.

The agent on the phone also had a very condescending ****y attitude which I did not appreciate a single bit.

I was also told that I gave them the "wrong" order number when their side is generating more than one order number for the same order. NOT MY PROBLEM. They have all the orders on their side, if they had a tenth of a clue what they were doing they would have figured out this glitch.

Bottom line... Just don't go there. There's a lot of companies who offer much better service, take your money elsewhere.
