****! DO NOT USE THEM!

I spent over $600 on products to be delivered to my house, paid over $150 in shipping for a "expedited 3-5 day shipping" time.

It's now 5 weeks later and they refuse to deliver it, they took the tracking down, when I call DHL about the tracking, they can't tell me where the package is or who has it or who to contact for it as they don't know.

Ubuy also is refusing to refund any part of this shipment even though they won't ship and deliver it. Customer service completely ignores what you say and just says they will look into it with no further communication, regardless how many times you communicate to support that's their only reply.

Don't waste your money!
