******, Cheated and Dissapointed - Not a Ubuntu product

I purchased a centrifuge that is faulty and requested a replacement or refund. When I contacted their helpline, they could only tell me that I must contact the manufacturer. I explained that the product has not worked at all and still brand new. They insist I contact the manufacturer, and when I requested the details was told to google it. Surely I should have some right to be given correct details and also be protected by the CPA? I specifically used this site as I was under the impression that it is a South African based company and that I would get proper support. This is a blatant deceptive and ********* third party website
