Refund out if pocket

I ordered a cell phone battery from Ubuy. I paid. A few hours later they sent me an email saying that they are cancelling my order due to security concerns. I got a partial refund, but the amount refunded was about R80 short. If they cant fulfil an order, they shouldnt offer it on their website. They should reject the sale before taking my money. Yesterday i received an email requesting a google customer review of Ubuy. I completed a review. Today, i am searching for my review but i cant find it. So i suspect that they are canvassing for reviews and filtering out the bad ones. This is why i am adding my review on hellopeter.
