Pathetic service and a company ****

Do not buy from UBUY they are ****. They are ********. I had gone onto the site and they advertised this beautiful mixer. I was excited as this was going to be my sisters wedding gift. When the package arrived I was shocked to only find the stickers had arrived. I thought that DHL was the problem only to find out UBUY is a ****, who false advertised. I had paid R991 for a machine only to find out I was given stickers. I have just started my working career and I have lost nearly R 1000 of my hardworking money. UBUY is a ****! I had even said I would return the stickers and get my money back as there company policy states that you can return and get your money back if you have not used the product and it is in a resalable condition the only thing I have done was open the package. I phoned for them to only give me excuses that the product comes from overseas and cannot be returned why is this not written in their rules and policies for returns. They told me that they could not assist me with the matter.
