No ability to change or cancel order after making it!
I purchased an order but needed to cancel (about 5 minutes after placing it) - could not get through to anyone on the phone number provided. I emailed several times and had paypal email U-buy as well but despite this the order was still shipped and U-buy expect me to pay for this shipping.
