Never buy via Ubuy
Last year in November I bought a bunk bed online for R2800. I was dumbfounded to receive 2blocks of wood in a box.I took pictures of everything as well as the docs required only to be handled with such indifference.In fact UBUY misrepresented what was on the image on checking out as I paid .I escalated the issue with NCC. The agent handling my issue advised that with UBUY there was a high chance that they would refuse to refund me back.Indeed Ubuy refused absolutely and till date the issue was not resolved.I was simply de*****ed with my hard earned R2800 .How do companies get away with such?
