Never buy from UBUY
Never buy from UBuy. Ordered 3 sports masks and filter inserts from them in April. I received the inserts but no masks. It’s now 22 July and I’m struggling to get information and a refund as it hasn’t been shipped. The most ridiculous and useless customer service agents that repeat everything they said the previous week and tell you to wait another 4-5 working days. What utter BULLSH*T. Please stay far away from them. R3000 down the drain.
