NEVER BUY FROM UBUY!
I ordered a Vacuum Robot from them which was delivered at a very high fee. This product is not working properly and I need to refund. The service agent told to to contact the manufacturer as they are not responsible - although I paid them! The service agent cannot tell me who the manufacturer is nor provide contact details. R5000 well wasted!
