Fails to Refund

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes from Ubuy online shop. They then send the incorrect size. I contacted Ubuy and they asked for photos of the incorrect supp**** shoes. I then send the pictures and Ubuy said they will collect the shoes from me and do a refund. Shoes were collected and they said refund was done. Almost 2 months now and I still haven't received the refund. Ive send nearly 20 emails trying to get proof of the Swift code or MT103 requested by my bank to try and trace the funds but Ubuy keeps on sending "Transaction ID" and refuses to send me proof or copy of the Swift Code. The Transactional ID supp**** by Ubuy when searched by my bank yeilds no info
