Exceeded my expectation!

I purchased 2 toys for my baby cousin on the 10th of December 2020, they are called create creatures and are nowhere to be found in South Africa. I found it on the Ubuy US store so I said I'd try my luck. Estimated delivery was supposed to be on the 18th of December but I contacted the Ubuy SA support line and didn't have to wait long, they seemed to be outsourcing their customer service to India. The gentleman was very helpful and said he will escalate the matter. I was informed that the supplier was having and issue therefore the delay. Seeing that there is currently a pandemic going on that was fair enough. I was hoping to get it by the 25th if December for Christmas but the package was shipped through DHL and the estimated delivery was on the 29th on which I did receive it. South African customs was an added cost and pretty expensive although this was my first time purchasing from overseas. Still happy that I received my product and in good condition.
