Don´t order from Ubuy.za.com

Please be careful ordering from Ubuy.za.com: 1.)my purchase price of R 1182,69 was deducted immediately twice from my credit card! 2.) I never received any invoice/proof of purcase. 3) I could not sign in to the account I created for the purchase. 4) no email/feedback on my request "forgot password" ( although I know the correct PW 100% , but it is not working ) 5.) no answer on the 24/7 line or on my messages . 6.) send a query to the "live-chat" on there website, got an answered "how can we assist" , and then "consultant left the chat!" I cancelled now both transaction and hope that I don´t loose too much money!
