DHL failed to deliver my parcel.
This is not about UBuy but more about their courier DHL World Express, last week Thursday I was phoned by someone from their Vereeniging branch as king me to come and collect my parcel from them because they service the townships on Tuesdays only. I said I am not going to drive there and that they can deliver on Tuesday. On Tuesday morning I got a call from someone from RAM couriers asking for my address as they had my parcel, and said they will deliver the parcel on Wednesday. The parcel was ultimately delivered by RAM on Wednesday. I don't know what happened to DHL World Express.
