Beware buying from UBUY!

Beware of purchasing products online with Ubuy ! -They advertised a two-way radio in Rands (Our currency) then told me I would have to purchase a converter as well for the product because it was for South Africa -so they knew it was for South Africa -then the very next day after I paid them in full , they said they could not deliver to South Africa? -it took them a long time to finally refund me some of my money but they kept almost R300 for the "exchange rate" -I paid them in full in good faith I have no product and have lost Almost R300 buying form UBUY!
