A disappointment and nightmare at christmas

I am appalled by U buy South Africa services. I bought special markers online and was advised they will arrive on 27th December, they were a Christmas gift but we were willing to receive even after Christmas. Today 27th December, I discover the order was cancelled -called customer services who claimed that they sent an email and a text message on 13th December informing me the order was cancelled. I have no such email or sms on my phone if they were really concerned of alerting me to the fact that they cancelled the order they could have picked the phone and called. December is a crucial time for gift buying only for this company to ruin Christmas entirely. They are also claiming that they will refund an amount for the price of the product but they charged me shipping and customs too. This u buy was my nightmare at Christmas and they are still holding on to my money from 13th December to 27th December !!!! Be careful with these online phony companies
