Do not buy anything from Amazon.co.za / Ophelia Book Distribution Pty Ltd. First of all they sent a packing slip containing 4 books, but only 3 books were in the package. Second, one of the books they sent had a completely bent back cover. Furthermore, the option where you can ask help is not working at all. You cannot chat to anyone and they can't call you back either. There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. I have bought MANY things from Amazon.com in the past, going back many years, without any problems. Unfortunately I did not realise I was buying from a South African company. I thought it was a branch of Amazon in South Africa. I have posted reviews on Amazon - ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE. Now, Amazon.com, my question is, why do you allow your good name to be dragged through mud by this useless South African company? AND what is the purpose of an A_Z Guarantee, if you can only continue with a complaint based on certain conditions? Then how is it A-Z? Also, how do you expect me to trust the seller to refund or replace a book, by sending it back, asking for a refund or replacement, if in the same order one of the books was not there, despite the packing slip saying it is there????
