Disappointed

So disappointed. Just received my wig and i paid a decent amount for. Did not receive my wig within the given 15 -20 workings days, had to follow up to get co mmunication on the status of the wig. When I received it, the volume unreasonably reduced ( can only imagine to cut production costs). I have previously purchased a wig from them about 3 hrs ago and got a better volume, and didn't pay for extra volume then. So disappointed! When you want to support your own but they dont see communication, the quality and consistency of their products as something to pay attention it's disappointing. Rather go to the online stores and get the So called 'cheaper' wigs and be stress-free. Haai!
