YOUR DRIVER DID NOT END THE TRIP!!!!!!

I requested Uber Package from 45 Clyde avenue Musgrave to Embassy Building in Smith Street, in Durban which was R23 something due to some promo, the package was delivered correctly but unfortunately the driver (Sandile Mpumlwana Toyota Rumion DC95YBZN) did not end the trip and carried over to uMhlanga and I was charged R407 which has already gone off my account. My package was not delivered in uMhlanga as it shows on the app, he gave it to me at my correct destination address. I need my refund please. I logged for Support via the app and they stated that the fare is not adjustable, meaning, I should pay for this drivers errands post my destination? Is this how we treated just because we choose the conveneincy of card payments? so our cards are not safe with you????? I WANT my money. Please.
