Your Account Has Been Disabled

My Uber account has been disabled since April 2015.<br> I've been trying to sort it out since then. More than once, I've sent a copy of my ID photo and picture of my bank card, but still stuck with \YOUR ACCOUNT HAS BEEN DISABLED"message.<br> Can someone please help in sorting this out"
