You have poor customer service

I booked an uber from town centre to bellville and was charged R133.00. I paid the driver in full, R140.00 to be exact. i told him to keep the change and got out. Uber has blocked me from requesting rides, im being emailed continuously about paying an additional R79.00 because the driver captured my payment as incomplete. I have messaged the support centre multiple times and still have not received any feedback.
