You debited my card 4 times and overcharged me!

My trip was supposed to cost me R 25 , I had a credit on my account of R 59 which was deducted from the original cost of the trip of R 84. The trip summary even states it on my account. You then went ahead an deducted the R 25 as well as the original R 84 and then another R 10 x 2 . When I put a complaint on your website you then respond back 'We can see that your fare fell within the estimated range for this trip, so we are unable to adjust it'? You then also state ' Thanks for letting us know that your trip was more expensive than you’d expected' - excuse me but the trip was not more than I expected, have a look at the trip summary which states R 25 and what you actually charged me which was R 129?

You aren't even addressing the issue at hand ? The fact is you charged me the original cost of the trip as well as the reduced amount and then still another two times of R 10 each.

This urgently needs to be rectified, shocking that you can deduct money like this and then still send a response as you did ! I have even attached the summary of what my fare should have cost.
