X3 payments for ONE trip

Ordered an uber yesterday, had to cancel as my driver wasn't at the pick up location. Next uber driver just didn't arriver when he was 2mins away, this then directed me to another driver.

In total 3 amounts were taken off my account, this hasn't been reversed.

Makes me question how many times Uber does this to people!

Very unimpressed, especially as someone who relies on Uber.

Can these amounts be reversed and put back into my account.

I have checked my payments and this has defo been taken off my account.

Why is there no number to phone!?
