Wrongful money deduction.

Uber deducted money from my account for the Uber one membership. I did not approve that membership and I do not want that membership. I want that membership to be cancelled and I want my money refunded back to me. Uber needs to fix the telephone number so that we can speak to a human and not struggle with the Help choice on the app cause I have sent message after message and got no answer.
