Wrongful charged

What horrible service!! We tryna boycott meter taxis and Uber & Taxify. But the level of service is not up to standard . Now Uber wants to charge me R25 for a ride I didn't even take? What a rude old man. His name is Nakedi, he was wearing ZCC uniform out here to disrespect me cause I'm a young lady.
