wrong invoice

I paid Uber from Pretoria to the airport Kempton Park, paid R430 but got back an invoice for some R128., queried this and they reversed the cancelation fee(fist of all I dint even know why driver canceled my trip after paying him at my destination)., I hsve requested the corrected invoice many times but Uber is ignoring me!
