WORST UBER EXPERIENCE!

I am trying to book a ride and EVERYTIME I get to the end I receive a pop-up message stating there was an error. I have not registered as a Driver BUT Uber wants me to upload documents like Background Check, etc, before I can book a ride. This is SO FRUSTRATING! And it only gives me the option to call someone! I DO NOT WANT TO TALK TO A CALL CENTER OPERATOR AS I HATE THEM! WHAT A **** EXPERIENCE TO TRY AND BOOK A RIDE WITH UBER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
