Worst service ever..and a total *******

<p>Yesterday I requested an uber from Sandton to Langlaagte Jhb it estimated R404 ok.The destination was accurate but the driver went to three completely wrong addresses and taking all the wrong routes mind you I'm not from Jhb whose fault is it that his navigator was inaccurate anyway ended up getting my destination then headed back to the hotel in Sandton to fetch my luggage then airport he then calculated to R2800 saying that it's because of the surge2.6 I had to quickly check in as I was late but missed my flight.Uber has cost me a lot,mossed flight,missed meeting, had to pay for another ticket and on top of that stayed in OR Tambo the whole day as the only flight I could get was 16:20. Tried to contact them about the situation they said they gonna investigate,I sent them the map showing that the driver took all these wrong routes like he did it on purpose cause I dont know my way around..but they saying that the fare is correct.This by far is the worst service ever and a total *******,would recommend anyone to use their service.</p>
