Worst service ever

Colleague arrange for a Uber to collect a parcel by my house and to deliver to him, Uber driver arrived at my house and collect the parcel. As per the driver he arrived on site and no one was available to receive the parcel. The uber driver then advised i will need to pay him additional charges to return the parcel back to me, which i then did. The driver has now disappeared with my parcel. The driver and so called boss cells just ring and go to voicemail so i am unable to contact them or retrieve my parcel. This was my first experience and the last with uber, I will not recommend uber to anyone or use the, again. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!! Another things uber sites are not user friendly and my opinion pathetic
