WORST SERVICE EVER

On Sunday evening i was on a uber trip to 5 hermitage terrace. The driver asked me out and said we should exchange cellphone numbers then i refused. I then forgot my cellphone in the Uber by mistake . I tried reporting it to uber hoping that they will connect me to the driver but that never happened. After calling my cellphone numerous times as it was still on, the driver eventually picked up on Monday morning and told me that he is not working that day and that i would get my phone on Tuesday. I then asked him for his location so i can go to him and collect my cellphone but he refused. I went on my uber app to report the issue but they told me that they have contacted the driver already. On Tuesday morning the driver refused to give me my phone and told me to pay him R100 for fuel because he used his own petrol to deliver my phone, this is after I had asked him the previous day for his location so i can go collect my phone. I am very dissatisfied with the level of service i received from Uber. The driver was very rude to me, i asked him for hes location he refused, then when he brings my phone, he rudely demands that i give him R100 for Fuel. I am never using Uber again because of this horrible experience. The company is good, the service however is ****.
