Worst service ever

<p>when trying to explain the pick up location, driver was rude, did not listen and put the phone down mid conversation. after this happened numerous times, having to wait, I was forced to cancel the trip which I was still charged for, not a big issue, but thanks to the unprofessional driver, I will no longer be using uber. worst service I have experienced. quite disgusted and extremely disappointed. </p>
